you might have eaten ...^i agree with Skylar Rainn.
you might have eaten more salt than usual. you just started exercising. you're not used to it at all. i gain weight when i go back to exercising when i take a break for a week and i'm one of those people that somehow exercises regularly enough, i.e. 3-4 times a week or so. it's been that way for a while. :)
i think you should wait a little more again and then weigh in again. i know tonnes of people that have put on/barely lost weight when they started exercising for a few weeks at a time before the scale started to shift.
do what you think is best in the end.
that's important.
you're important.

-Sam LupinSam Lupinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12704442793403106405noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2111201553969472787.post-30346069349554601692014-09-18T23:02:39.717+01:002014-09-18T23:02:39.717+01:00You may have just weighed on a bad bad day. One da...You may have just weighed on a bad bad day. One day I'm one weight the next day I'm 4 pounds heavier. Muscle does weigh more than fat and tired/used muscles weigh even more due to a build in lactic acids during muscle repair. So even slightest exercise that's more than usual can cause you to gain. Additionally whenever we exercise the body stores as much water as possible (especially if you're not drinking enough water anyway) which can actually put your weight up a lot to. With all this stuff you can have "gained" nearly 1 stone. If you are restricting food and exercising your body will hold onto that as much as possible to as your body hates ketosis. Don't beat yourself up over it. I know it is real shit but you just got to find the balance. xxxxXTokyoVanityXxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01273867357454462845noreply@blogger.com
