Like so many other people can. But alas, that's not how it is.<br /><br />I wouldn't worry too much about your intake. You had a ton of protein, good fats from the nuts, and fiber from the fruit. Plus, upping your cal intake for a day can kickstart your metabolism and keep you from having a 5000 calorie binge later on disgusting junk food. Soooo perks. :)<br /><br />You're such an inspiration.
