I miss starving myselfnskinny, I miss lokking at my thighs and thinking "damn! You dont look healthy even if he says to me that I am gorgeous and a have a perfect body. I know it is never enough. Intake for today is 1200 . Fail.

1200 is low (for me). maybe you still lost afterwards.

It's pretty good actually :) on bad days I can binge over 2500 cals. Try keeping it under a 1000 or fasting, it works miracles. If you don't want to fast try eating nothing but a popsicle + juice it's like a juice fast but you get a cool icy treat too, seeing that it's almost summer. Just make sure to choose the one with least amounts of sugar and calories.
