Shameful, BUT I'm Not Giving Up

This morning I was... 66.9 *cry* so after my weekend of binging my loss for the week was 0.6kg. Terrible. In order to be on track for the two weeks, I have literally got to lose... 3.4kgs by next week Monday. But I'm sure I can knock off most of those, just need to stay strong. Which let's face it - I haven't been. Today, I've had - what I guesstimate to be - 850 cals. I had a small bag of crisps, a soy latte and lentils for dinner. Tomorrow, I'm hoping to be 66 flat. I can do this. I can do this.

You know, I was going to lie about my weight so that I didn't look like such a pathetic failure as I do right now, but then I realised that I have never lied to you guys, so I'm not exactly going to start now. So weights ladies - let's see em!

Peace & Love

i've weighed in at 63.0 today after a lot of eating yesterday. i'm not weighing in for a while now. oops. that's either a loss of .2 or .6 depending on what weight you took as a start weight.

I weigh in Fridays and Mondays. Monday (starting weight) was 139 pounds, Friday was 133 pounds and yesterday was 136 so a net loss of 3 pounds. Hoping to replicate something similar this week :)

Old weight: 130 (59kg)
New weight: 124.5 (56.6kg)
4-Week Goal: 115 (52kg)

The trick will be to not gain this week. A loss of 5.5 pounds with 9.5 pounds more to go. Or... a 2.4kg loss with 4.6kg until my goal.

Start: 117.8lbs (53.4kg)
Today: 116.8lbs (52.9kg)
Progress week 1: -1lbs (0.5kg)

Massive overeat yesterday and today. Stress related eating must stop! Nough said.

Best of luck for week 2 y'all!

I weighed in at 55.7 kg on Sunday, which means my start weight was probably a little lower than I thought..
So my week progress could be anything from 1.5 to 2,3kg..
Either way massive success for me :)
