Fast: Day 1

I have decided that I want to push myself and fast for three days. I have never fasted for longer than 2 days on a coffee, tea, zero cal drinks fast. So I think considering how disgusting I currently am, it may be time to look into it. So today will be day 1. And breaking fast on Wednesday will also be liquid. So soup/juice fast on Wednesday. I think it works pretty nicely. I have had two cups of coffee so far today. And hopefully it will be a fantastic way to lose a quick 5lbs.

My weekend has been a blur of anger and marijuanna. Whatever. I'm hoping that this fast will cleanse and renew.

Ah Anonymous. Wonder if it is the same person as all those people who hounded me off blogger.
Good luck for your fast! When I liquid fasted, that was my best period of weight loss ever. I am going to start a liquid fast sometime soon...so keep me updated on yours!

My longest ever fast was 34 days and I can't wait to get home and be able to fast properly again!

Me 2 girl. 6 pounds in 6 days. I'm with you, I only have 15 more total to get to my 1st goal weight. We got this.

If you eat right, lay off the pot, get moving there would be no reason for all of this fasting. Dont you all know that you gain the weight back times 2? Yeah great you hit your goal weight then what? You fall off the wagon and eat crisps. It just starts the whole cycle again. Arnt you sick of all of the counting and self abuse? I am not saying eat all the cake...just....idk stop living for the foods you cant eat, and eat for a healthier life.

That's actually a myth. You do not gain it back times 2. At times you gain the same but only if u only lost water. Gaibing more comes when you go on a binge streak for several days bc u didn't do your research or can't control yourself. Fasting can be a big part of a healthy lifestyle on fact
